Vehicle/No Tax/H&S Issue re Rubbish

Sent to Braintree District Council 10 minutes later

Van left over the curtailage of public right of way to semi detached next door. Plastic bags of decayed matter, wood, sinks etc left on open back top.Other than blocking the right of way it is a Health & Safety issue. Tax run out July 07. Van Registration = EU51 SKX.

Although the bags of decayed matter and the wood has been removed the van is still in the same place. Have also gathered that the people who deliver the post find it difficult to access the pathway to the adjacent property. There is no SORN notice on the van despite the van running out of tax in July 07. It is an eyesore and now growing grass under it plusthe H&S issue and parking issues.

Van reported to the DVLA as it covers a public right of way and no SORN present. Still the same The back of the van was tidied but it is being used as a tip again.
