Road surface falling appart and very deep potholes

East side of Factory road is completely falling apart. The surface is so badly damaged that potholes are all the way to the old cobbles underneath, making it very dangerous for cyclists and motorcyclists. I have hit one of the potholes yesterday with my motorbike and it almost knocked me of the bike (even tho I was riding at barely 20 miles per hour). It caused damage to my front wheel (luckily I have a spare so I can get to work today). Interestingly, western third of this road has been completely resurfaced end of last year...why resurfacing stopped there is a mistery as the entire road seems to be disintegrating.

Some of teh potholes were fixed, whilst others (interestingly right next to fixed ones) were left.
