Dangerous Advertising

Sent to Newcastle upon Tyne City Council 4 minutes later

A girl bumped in to the back of my car, she admitted she was busy looking up at the advertising on the railings at the Hancock museum for a fashion show.

I think this is council owned property so they should know better, ironically there are banners for road awareness erected on bridges on the approach to town too. This is dangerous and illegal, Can you check if the council have given planning permission? I doubt it is done properly!

There's too much of this mess making our city an eyesore. I will be taking this up with my MP before I cast a vote! Please let me know your findings.J Ramsbottom
