Flytipped rubbish blocks footway

Sent to Hackney Borough Council 1 minute later

At least one or more of the shops/cafes round the corner in Shacklewell Lane repeatedly dumps their commercial rubbish on the footway (at the junction of Alvington Crescent and St Mark's Rise). This is an avoidable hazard! Several blind and visually impaired people pass by here regularly and the footway and dropped kerb should be kept clear for pedestrians and wheelchair users. I've approached one "dumper" and asked nicely if she could stop it but she's ignored my request. I suggest that the litter bin is relocated to a more sensible site.

The rubbish appears to emanate from this parade of cafes/shops. I think it best that the litter bin is removed and relocated outside here.
