Potholes around mini manholes - Gorse St / Greenbank Rd

Where Greenbank Rd meets Gorse St there's a series of three small manholes. They must just be inspection traps. The road surface around these small manholes has disintegrated causing a bumpy ride when turning into Greenbank Rd especially. The corners of the inspection traps are showing now which is a bit worrying as well now.
