Bish Rd pelican crossing

Pelican crossing at junction of bish rd and nunnery lane constantly calling for pedestrians which is annoying sat at red lights with no pedestrians at 3am. This is 4th time ive reported this problem. Obviously C of Y council take no interest?!!!!
