Dangerous Road Surface

A lorry or other heavy vehicle has gouged a long, deep, wide groove in the road surface around the roundabout, making it dangerous, particularly in the wet for two wheeled road users.

I received an email from enfied councilclaiming it was a private road. Having explained the error of their ways, they said they would look into it but nothing has been done to this date.
