Litter along the bye pass

Within yards of a council anti litter banner is an endless stream of litter along the verges of the bye pass. For the whole length of it , from the millstream to Somerford.

Litter along the bye-pass is an ongoing problem which no one appears to ever deal with !

Much the same as above !! Despair at council not giving a toss about litter in our town. And all you who drop it...be ashamed of yourselves.
