Missing Drain covers & dumping of tyres

There are now 3 missing drain covers that have been stolen from this road & also lots of tyres and a settee & chairs have been dumped - rats have been seen in this area. Also street name plate is broken

Council have fixed the drains, but removed Street name plate totally & dumped stuff is still there.
