Rubbish Tipping

Dear Sirs, 110 & 112 Kingsdown Road continually leave their rubbish on the pavement instead of using a bin. This results in the fox's ripping the bine liners apart and rubbish spreading across the street. This also results in feces from dirty nappies being strewn across the street. More recently the fox's are speading the nappies and I now have feces across my garden. If the matter is not dealt with it will have to be reported to the HSE as I have kids playing in my garden.
