Car has been abandoned for months stopping residents parking

Car reg no K195 SUT. Large white saloon. Has been parked on side of road for nearly 6 months. never moves. think may be residents relations who live down south and use when up visiting resident. blocks residents from parking and takes up space at busy periods. please investigate and get owner to remove.

This still hasn't been fixed. Car is STILL there and inconsiderate owner has either abandoned it or is just leaving it there until they return!! Has been dormant for at least 6 months now is getting ridiculous!
