Francis Road is in desperate nead of sweeping, the debris is collecting at the sides of the road in the gutters with mud from drives that are not made-up. Properties owened by Saffron Housing have drives which become muddy tracks in bad weather. The least the council must do is sweep the road regularly. In addition they could have Saffron Housing make-up the driveways!
