Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 2 minutes later

I would like to draw attention to the amount of seagulls nesting in Hova Vilas and surrounding areas. Can the council remove nests that are now again appearing on the roofs? and also is anyone interested in collaborating on a pest removal scheme, perhaps seagull spikes or falconry, maybe a street community collaboration. The noise these pests make is unbearable and im sure other residents feel the same way.If so email me at diaz101 at h o t m a i l.com

not councils responsibility

It is Council's responsibility to take care of the waste in a timely manner, also to provide more bins. Council fails to ensure the basics. This is indirectly adding to the existing problem. So, Anonymous, who do you think should be made accountable for this situation which has grown out of proportion (and has been the case for quite a few years now) and who do you think is in charge when it comes to problems occuring in B&H? Leeds Council? Or perhaps this is nobody's responsibility? Are you by any chance a civil servant?

Please, read this: The Government have a responsibility to ensure that appropriate research is conducted to help identify solutions. After all, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs is spending £2 million on the urgent eradication of the ruddy duck.
