There appears to be a blocked drain outside the London College of fashion on Atterbury Street. This is a re-occuring problem and I have noticed it for almost two years now. It is either a blocked drain or a huge pothole acting as a resevoir. On previous occasions I have needed to send clothes to the dry cleaners when motorists have driven into the huge pond of water causing spray. It very nearly happend this morning. I would like to inform your highways dept that the most damaging factor for a carriageway is water. It is quite possible that the council will incur greater costs over the long term if they do not fix this problem correctly. Also, please can you let me know where I should send dry cleaning receipts following spray from passing vehicles?
