Footpath off sandy lane opp winter paddocks TM0571890267 denied by permenent post and rail with electric (2 points) then on from TM0574890132 signs and owner of paddock also making access south awkward with branches and grass cutting waste from corner of hedgrow bordering path toward Garden House pub Overcross
