Matress's

At number 46 hawthorn rd there have been 2 matress's dumped since august of last year if not earlier,they are an eyesore and i belive they could encourage rodent infestation. i am aware that sandwell council have there staff to do street walks to keep an eye on each area to see that its properly maintained. so why hasnt this been delt with and made the tenant get rid of the matress's.
