Disturbed paving and man hole cover

It seems a large vehicle or two regularly drives on the curb at entrance of Galva Close and has damaged areas including the grass. The paving and manhole cover are beginning to lift up enough to trip pedestrians. Not sure what is best to do to protect the grass and pavement, maybe a post?
