More dog fouling in this general area. No point in erecting the no dog fouling sign if you don't intend to enforce it. This area is the site of new housing adjacent to a primary school St Andrews this ongoing neglect by local dog owners is a potential accident waiting to happen for the small children in the area and children walking to school. Not to mention the local residents that have to dodge their way through this despicable mess on a daily basis. This issue needs resolving with a proactive outcome

the signs that are to small only encourage the owners of these dogs to fowl in these locations? they must be aware that no action is ever taken! so they continue to allow thier dogs to fowl regardless
