Sent to Sandwell Borough Council less than a minute later

There has been a skip here for a month now and i dought if it has a road ticket permission, it was used by the lads the girl from the council spoke to when they were burning setties out the back

ho and whilst we are at it any chance of getting rid of the drugs dealer off the corner as well
