I am fed up with either young men doing it in public or seeing it afterwards, that is having a dump in public and in the victoria park, it is normal to see people urinating up trees by the sports areas and dumping every where else they want, why does no one do any thing the police i reported it to just laugh and walk off quickly and the council have never done any thing either, the park keeper steve cant do any thing as he has no back up or no powers, all he can do is to clear it up and to report it

as ever nothing gets done just lots of people talking dribble, and they would wonder why we think councilers are idiots and council employees are all on a jobs for the boys/girls with nothing to do all day
