Dog fouling on Bulls Hall Road

Between the point where the houses stop and Bulls Hall Cottage on Bulls Hall Road some people think it is perfectly acceptable to allow their dogs to foul the grass verge. There is so much excrement on this stretch it is impossible to count. My son has to walk along this road to the school bus stop and back and it is simply disgusting. Please put up some signs warning of the potential consequences, better still send somebody out to issue on the spot fines to these thoughtless and disgusting people!
