Dog Fouling

Very often, at least 3 times a week there is dog excrement outside the shops between Falsgrave and the carpet shop. The dog owner responsible is from Pictureframeing shop and the dog is in the flat above. I have recently moved my business here and fed up with people trampling it in the shop. I dont want to upset neighbours so would like to remain ananymous to the person concerned.
