Traffic lights

This island needs changing to avoid long tail backs and congestion on the A4168 (Kenrick way). Either there needs to be traffic lights controlling traffic going onto the island from kenrick way (A4168) or the traffic lights controlling traffic from the right(A41) need to stay on red longer, to allow traffic to join the island from kenrick way (A4168). As it is at the moment it is very difficult for traffic on the A4168 to join the island (particularly HGV's) this in turn results long delay's and tail backs, particularly at peak times.
