Speeding and thoroughfare

I would like to see a survey conducted on the amount of traffic using Camberwell Grove as a major thoroughfare and especially the ignored speed limit up and down the street. There are cars, lorries and motorcycles constantly speeding past, often dangerously. It would be good to see more *effective* traffic calming measures or less traffic altogether. I also just saw a Southwark Council van just speed down the hill. Thank you.
