Loose manhole cover

Main sewer manhole cover loose. every car that uses this road drives over it. Driving locals mad during the day, keeping them awake at night.

Nothing has been done about it. I doubt if anybody has been out to even look at it.

Contacted Thames Water direct, got a phone call following morning to say they would go take a look. email later that day giving me a Job No. & a date of June 2nd for repair.

The repair was carried today, the slight delay was because Highways were involved. Was kept in the picture all the way though email & by phone 1st Class job. Well done Thames Water.
