Damaged lawn

Two area's of lawn on Pullman Court are being damaged by the rufuse and recycling lorries continually driving over them. Can this problem be addressed and the damage repaired please.

Someone from streetseen came and looked at it ages ago, they said they would send someone from the parks dept but never did.
