Dog mess

I have got a problem with a resident in the close allowing their dog(s) to foul in my front garden, I am unable to proove who it is at this time, but I have an idea.

I have been clearing it up, but I have had enough! I have thought about confronting them, but thought it would be best to try and deal with it in other ways before I do so.

I moved in to the house (16) in May this year and it has been going on since then. I have noticed the dog mess in next doors front garden also. I feel as though it is the house in the corner at the end of our terrace, as they are the only residents in the close who walk past my house with dogs.
