Path behind kathleen elliot way and wolsey way

There is a huge ammount of rubbish behind the fence all the way along this path, it has been this way for a long time but it seems to be getting worse lately and is very pleasant to walk down with the children on school runs.

the alley is still full of rubbish/dog poo although the leaves are growing back now covering some of it, will look just as bad once the leaves go in autumn though
