Just as Elstree Gardens meets Kingswood Avenue, there is a heap of rubbish on the pavement which came out of a rubbish bag ravaged by foxes. There were four separate collections yesterday and every single team just walked around the heap. From this heap came a letter with the address of the bag owner - it is one of the residents on this street. Perhaps, the council could remind its residents how to store their rubbish correctly away from foxes and how to recycle it as most items on the pavement are recycleable.
