Obstructions outside The Orange

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 19:14, Wed 24 March 2010
Sent to Hackney Borough Council 1 minute later

The Orange restaurant at 126 Kingsland High Street has glass doors which it opens outwards onto the pavement(which is dangerous if you're not looking out for them) and a hood (overhanging the pavement) which is sagging and has sharp bamboo points on it (dangerous if you are tall) and a big advertising board (hanging around in the middle of the pavement and hazardous).

It has recently got worse! Tables & chairs, a large A-sign, a precarious & unstable wire rack and on-street soliciting by Orange staff contribute to block access on this busy footway even more.
