Pavement now un-useable

The pavement on one side is sloping at an angle and in one part has broken up altogether, making it difficult for pedestrians to use. It needs re-levelling and resurfacing. Important because there is no pavement on opposite side and despite narrowness, the roadway is in frequent use.
