Ridge in road

On Hollyhedge Road bridge over the M56 heading towards Wythenshawe Hospital there is a massive ridge in the road. It's as if the entire section of road/bridge has dropped. Drivers have to slow down to go over this (I caused damage to my suspension the first time I hit it) but drivers behind you get irrate when you do slow down!
