Bus lane

The bus lane used to be accessible all day to cars except in the morning peak. Now cars can't take the bus lane all day so we are experiencing long queues towards Hampton Court Palace roundabout and it take more time to buses to reach the bus lane as they stay stuck in the traffic upstream in Hampton. It was working well before so why this change? Thanks

Richmond council says it is tfl concern and tfl says it is a Richmond Council concern, Who knows !!! Tfl asked the council to see if they changed something to the bus Lane and they answered No, nothing. I might need to check my eyes!
