Dog fouling

Over the past month, there has been a real increase in dog fouling on Norfolk Street. There is dog mess on the pavements, in the gutter and in the road. There have also been instances of carrier bags left in the gutter, once they have been filled with dog mess. I live at 21 Norfolk Street and for the last 3 weeks, I have had to clean the pavement outside of my house once a week, due to dog mess being left there. This seems to occur more frequently at the weekend. Through parking my car this weekend, I noticed a lot of dog mess further up the street as well.
