Dangerous parking

Cars are parked on the corner of Brandwood Park Road at it's junction with Shelfield Road. This makes it difficult and potentialy dangerous as drivers leaving Shelfield Road have to enter Brandwood park Road to see oncoming traffic.
This has ben reported previously but appears to have been withdrawn from this site?

Birmingham Highways advise that this is an issue for the police> They have yet to respond
The problem continues no action has been taken ~ I have had no contact from the police and the Highways do not appear to accept any responsibility.
I have nearly been involved in an accident (side on collison) and I know others who have had near misses.
Someone needs to take responsibility before someone is seriously injured on this junction.
This location needs yellow lines to protect public safety.
At the request of a local resident, I have now been able to get confirmation from the local Police Neighbourhood Sergeant that this is a Police matter in the first instance and that enforcement action will be taken.

A period of time needs to elapse before the originator of this log and other residents in the area can be satisfied that the problem has been resolved.
