Unstable lamppost when windy.

The one was swinging to the left and right at the Trafford Road, at the bus stop when it was windy. It looked pretty unstable and dangerous. Could you at least have a look just to make shure if its alright or not, and if not, fix it? It is the one by the bus stop. I attached photo, It is at the Trafford Rd, 53 service. Very close to M5 4QD.
