Loose manhole cover

In the road, outside 43 crawley road, the manhole cover is loose and makes a terrible loud clattering noise every time a car goes over. it has been in this condition for several weeks. the noise is disturbing the people who live in the houses nearby. i live at no. 57 & am frequently kept awake at night.

loose manhole cover by 43 Crawley Road was mended a few months ago.
