Numerous potholes and Drainage Problems

The High Street has a lot of through traffic. Although the worst potholes have been fixed there is still much work to do. There are a large number of potholes.The cat's eyes are sinking and the cable tv roadworks have had a long-term impact on the road surface. The drain outside the Bull pub is still completely blocked.

Some potholes have been filled in a rudimentary way - see the example. This is guaranteed to go wrong when it next freezes. The drain has not been dealt with.

The potholes have been fixed - albeit in a rather rudimentary way. I am pleased to say that the drains have been fixed. The impact of the cable tv installation has still not been addressed, but it was maybe too much to hope for!
