Rocks to prevent access moved

The large rocks placed to block unlawful vehicular access to the lane/quarry have been moved. Previous direct report to CCC (Dec 09) not yet fulfilled, as land ownership was questioned. Area has attracted shooters, scramblers and quads since the rocks were moved.
