On bend climbing hill just after speed bump to swimming pool from (unlit) access lane. This one is like a verrucae, it keeps coming back!

Council responded that it had already been reported by AV Leisure Centre. Temporary repair made shortly after and ~15m^2 patch (full carriageway) replaced recently.
