Forfar Walk steps from Vardon Way down to West Heath park have had the step slab removed and broken up at the bottom of the steps creating a trip hazard where the slabs have been removed and at the bottom of the steps.

Another step has been broken in addition to the original report.
Fix my street is a joke, 24 weeks later and nothing has been done. A good idea let down by poor response from the departments responsible.
Major trip hazard as more are now broken, a health and safety issue now.
No change whatsoever, steps are still a major trip hazard to the public.
Still broken slabs on the stes a major trip hazard.
After 41 weeks of waiting for repairs to be completed I can report once again that nothing at all has been done. This is a major health and safety issue and I would urge anyone who has or suffers injury on these steps to take further action due to the length of time repairs have been withheld.
Steps are a health and safety hazard and becoming more dangerous.
49 weeks later and the steps have just deteriorated over this time, does anyone view this site and if so is any action ever taken, I suspect not.
Over a year has now passed and nothing at all has been done.
57 weeks later and not a thing has been done, this site is a waste of time and effort.
61 weeks later and nothing done, whoever is responsible on the council should be sacked.
