Hardcore piled in road

The house that has a let sign in the garden on moseley ave, have dumped a huge pile of hardcore in the roadside in Beaumont crescent...this is not marked or coned, and is a clear danger to the public and road user's....this was reported to the copuncil two weeks ago, and as yet, they have failed to address this problem...
