Loose & Noisy Drain Cover

The drain cover near the southern entrance to the car park of the Hardwicke Arms PH is loose causing it to clang each time a vehicle passes over it. Now loud enough that it is disturbing peoples sleep.

The local council representive was very informative, however it took quite a few days before the responsible Water Co. fixed the problem. In the meantime sleeping through the constant clanging of the drain cover was a problem!
