Park Toilets

Received from local resident: I was helping out on a guided walk yesterday from Cross Roads park gates, 64 people came, and one of the ladies visited the toilets and declared they were a disgrace. The walk was a Bfd Met Countryside walk, and 2 more in April are to set off from that area. One is 3rd April, and another 28th April. Is there anything that can be done?
