New islands have made new speed bumps

The newly established 3 islands have made 3 new speed bumps on the road heading towards Chapeltown Road. Basically, the resurface of the road has been done badly and is raised up causing it to act like a speed bump that you find in supermarket car parks. Please could you review this. Cheers.
