This soccar club has built a large green metallic fence around the wooden building, i believe without planning permission. The club is on Bispham Gala field which is the property of the people of Bispham, not the club, in building this fence they have denied access to certain parts of the gala field, also making the small space at the side unaccessable for their cars which turn up every weekend resulting in them parking on the corner of carr road and kelvin road making access to kelvin road virtually impossible. if a fire occured in one of the low house numbers on kelvin road, the fire brigade would not be able to get through as sometimes on a saturday even our cars of people who live here struggle to gain access to our street. please could you confirm they had planning permission to 1. build this fence and 2. where we stand in the event of a fire on a saturday morning/weekend
