The problem with youths who hang around the playground smoking weeds, dog fighting, intimidating the residence still exist. When Ken Livingston was the mayor the council was increase for extra policing and security. Nothing has changed and we pay more tax. When well called the council patrol they say they can't get the youths out because there are so many of them.
