Rubbish to front and rear of property

This property appears to have been abandoned by the owner, thus resulting in the property being vandalised, the residents in this area are concerned that the unsightly mess could attract vermin,or squatters, there are young children in this area and the parents are concerned for their safety.this matter needs urgent attention.

An update regarding the photo above. I am concerned about the amount of bricks starting to be thrown about by children and making the area look very untidy.These bricks are becoming a danger to the area and to the local community.
