Damaged sign

The road sign looks to be loose and is hanging to one side,a couple of weeks ago when driving condition's were tricky i saw a van collide with the sign.It was a small white van with Wharfedale on the side.I thought the driver may have reported this incident,thats the reason why i did nt report this straight away.
