Blocking public path

The resident at 49A leach Green lane parks her car blocking the public path every day causing old people and mothers with pushchairs to have to cross the slippy grass verge and residents to walk mud and dog faeces into their properties can you please stop this nuisance.

Issue still not addressed did get an email from MP saying highway and police were sorting it out but neighbour still parks over paths when she can
